Traditional Thai Embroidery

Traditonal Thai gold work on blue background. This design is called a Phum Khao Bin (พุ่มข้าวบิณฑ์) and dates back to the Sukhothai era. Embroidery by Jib

Traditional hand-stitched Thai side pillow made of silk. This face is embroidered with a design called a Kra-Nok (กระหนก). In this design, the purple and yellow sections represent the stem of a plant while the red section is indicative of a small bird. Pillow made by Jib and embroidery by Jib.

This is a tote bag made from Thai denim adorned with embroidery of a strawberry plant done in the style of Thai long and short stitch to show off the color gradient. The tote bag is designed and made by dana, and the embroidery by Jib.
